On top of the excellent service she provides buying new trailers Vehicle Venture also does an amazing job servicing trailers. One of my workers overloaded the trailer and within minutes of messaging Nadia I had an appointment to get it fixed and they were able to get me and my company back on the road within days. The service that I received from Vehicle Venture Bradford (Nadia) is nothing short of a solid and glowing FIVE STARS! I needed warranty repair work to the ramp door on my cargo trailer due to a manufacturer defect. I bought the trailer from another dealer and asked the manufacturer for other authorized dealers. The manufacturer suggested Vehicle Venture Bradford in my area.

Right after my initial call with Nadia, the owner of Vehicle Venture Bradford, she confirmed repair authorization with the manufacturer and called me to schedule an appointment for the repair. The repair work involved some welding work. Nadia had her service people complete the repair in just a few days! The quality of the repair and welding work looks better than the original work from the manufacturer.

On top of this, I asked Nadia for some guidance about my truck tailgate not having clearance to fully open because the trailer jack is too high. Nadia suggested that I get a longer tow hitch. What a brilliant and simple solution to something that has been bothering me for a long time. Nadia measured the right hitch length that would give the pickup tailgate full clearance to open and checked for the part number. And she changed the ball mount for me from the old hitch to the new one!

I cannot say enough good things about the service that I received from Vehicle Venture Bradford and will be surely coming back for anything trailer-related (and the beautiful Legend trailers that are on the lot are very enticing – these are the best quality and best-looking trailers on the market).
